Demonstrate that each neighborhood has it’s nuances and that Dime is a local provider, accommodating those local needs.
What We Did
TMG created a series of 27 short videos for each neighborhood in which Dime operates. Each video highlights the uniqueness of each neighborhood so that residents and customers would recognize it and feel comfortable working with a local provider like Dime.
Dime is now using all of the videos in their outbound marketing, on their website, in their social media and in their video library on YouTube. The relevant video for that location is playing on in-store displays, further emphasizing the commitment to each neighborhood.
